ZNNHS HT Noli ranks 4th in NQESH 2022

Head Teacher and OIC-SP for Senior High School of Zamboanga del Norte National High School Jonald L. Noli recently conferred top placer as 4th in rank in the National Qualifying Exams for School Heads (NQESH) Region 9.

The exam was held via a secured online platform or safe exam browser last July 31, 2022. Barelytop notchers four months later the test, results were released declaring Noli as one of the topnotchers in Region 9. A total of 2,203 (36.90%) out of the 5,966 examinees passed the test in the entire country.

Since the exam employed many “firsts” such as the use of the Rasch Model to quantitatively analyze examinees' responses, Noli said he experienced some technical challenges but he made sure he was going to finish the test with sure answers.

“This is expected of him. Sir Jonald has exuded dedication to work and commitment to service being one of ZNNHS’s pool of head teachers,” said one of his colleagues.

Testing one’s capacities to man a school and become a leader of a team composed of teachers, students, and stakeholders requires in-depth assessment. NQESH is the way for school leaders to become eligible for school principal positions in DepEd.
